Fashion Blogger... or Whatever

Monday

A few days ago I posted about Normcore fashion being relevant for the Fall and Winter months. I can't even lie I am so addicted to being.. well... normal. It is sooo easy to throw on an over sized men's shirt tshirt jeans and a cool pair of sneaks. Especially for a typical Monday off.. which for me includes gym, a mail run for Doll Shoppe, and enjoying lunch on the couch catching up on all the shows I've missed over the weekend via On Demand...
t-shirt- Thrifted// Jeans- Target// Sneakers- Urban Outfitters (sold out)// Similar here loving these, most def needing these//

I love the idea of thrifting, can you believe I found this men's J. Crew tee for about mmmm $2.00!? Yes, I'm sure you all can believe it.. it's called "thrifting" for Christ sake. Here's a tip to rocking a men's shirt in a feminine way. Roll it at the sleeves and tie it in a knot. Or tuck it in in the front and leave the back out. It's very comfy.. and hella sexy. Not convinced? Rock your favorite sneakers and keep the jewelry to a minimum. Today I chose a uber tiny necklace and mix match midi rings.

How was your Monday?

Making my dreams come true,
Ash

  4. I love thrifting! You know what's kind of sad, though? Thriftinng from 10+ years ago was so much better, just because you could find amazing designer dresses from decades ago for cheap. I remember back in 1999, I got an authentic 1970s Halston dress for 50 cents. No, seriously, FIFTY CENTS. Also, a kelly-green dress with white polka dots from the 1950s for maybe a dollar. A dollar, wtf! Lol. Now I just don't see those things at the local thrift stores anymore. :o)

    1. Girl thrifting is the new way to shop. It's crazy some of the prices they charge. If I could get a lot of the things I get for less than a buck I would be in serious trouble! lol... I guess we don't see those type of things youre referring to anymore because fashion has evolved so much since the 90s... but every now and again you still find that awesome item!
