Surf and Turf Cajun Pasta..
For those of you who saw this.. here is the background behind this dish. I often try to find different things to challenge myself with when it comes to cooking. So I am always on foodnetwork.com looking for something interesting to whip up. I really become bored with eating the same things. Anyway, I wanted something simple. Something with pasta, steak and shrimp with a little spice so I started browsing and came across this awesome website called ThePioneerWoman.com and she had this recipe on her website. Above is my version of this quick and easy delicious meal.. CLICK HERE to get the ingredients and instructions for yourself.. MMMMM Yummy Yummy. The only thing I would have done different with this dish would be to use a more tender cut of steak like a fillet Mignon, I used eye of round. It wasn't as juicy as I would have liked it to be. Oh! I used this seasoning instead of what Ree Drummond used for her recipe
